Do I need a Nexpart account?
Yes, a Nexpart Multi-Seller account. It’s free, and if you don’t have one yet you can sign up right from RedAppy.
Which parts suppliers can I order from?
Any supplier you buy from on Nexpart Multi-Seller, including O’Reilly Auto Parts, AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA Auto Parts, Carquest, Worldpac, Parts Authority, Factory Motor Parts, and TireHub. Nexpart connects to more than 53,000 supplier locations.
Do I have to type in the vehicle?
Usually not. When the vehicle on the estimate or invoice has a VIN, Nexpart opens with it already selected. Without a VIN, you pick the vehicle in Nexpart.
Can I change the parts before I order?
Yes. Reopen the cart from the repair order, make your changes in Nexpart, and the repair order updates when you’re done.
Can I track how much I spend on parts?
