Set up your auto repair shop in RedAppy: shop details, hours, tax and labor rates, and your first staff accounts.

Everything you need to do once, before the first customer walks in. It is a handful of forms you fill in once.

1. Log in and find your way aroundYour first login to RedAppy and a quick tour of the dashboard: the Today panel, the Quick Access cards, and the six groups in the left navigation.
2. Set up your shopThe one-time setup for a new RedAppy shop: shop name and logo, business hours, default labor rate, parts markup ranges, shop fees, sales tax, and your job list.
3. Add your teamGive each technician and service writer their own RedAppy login: name, email, password, role, what they can see and change, and which portal pages they can open.
